At ZARVÉ, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard:3-5days

Express:1-2days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays).

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders over Rs 13,000

A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount (300-700) depends on weather it's Standard or Express 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 COD is available for orders within Pakistan. A confirmation call may be made before dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at whatsapp [03390100884] with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier.
